Analysis North is currently on contract to the Cold Climate Housing Research Center to upgrade the AkWarm Energy Rating program. Analysis North also developed an add-on program, Retrofit Reporter, to AkWarm to create a more detailed Improvement Options report. Retrofit Reporter is available Here.

Analysis North, in collaboration with Arctic Energy Systems, developed a Design Heat Loss Program that helps to properly size heating systems for homes that have an AkWarm home energy rating.

EnergyTools.com sells the Runtime DataWatcher datalogger, a datalogger developed by Analysis North to record the run time of heating systems, water heaters, and other appliances.

As a public service, Analysis North developed a Classified Ad site for selling Used Outdoor Gear in Alaska.
